About the Role:
A growing accountancy practice in Shrewsbury is seeking an Audit Senior to join their professional team. This role is perfect for a recently qualified ACA or ACCA professional ready to advance their audit career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and complete audits efficiently and accurately
* Ensure all audit work complies with regulatory standards
* Lead specific audit assignments under manager guidance
* Identify and escalate any issues or risks to management
* Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Proven audit experience within an accountancy practice
* Confident in leading audits and managing client interactions
* Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
