Key Responsibilities
A Breakfast Chef is responsible for:
Preparing and executing all breakfast dishes to brand standards
Managing morning mise en place, stock levels, and allergen compliance
Coordinating with retail store team for smooth early-service flow
Maintaining cleanliness, HSE standards, and kitchen organisation
Training junior staff on breakfast items and morning routine
Care deeply about presentation and detail

Design and develop creative, high-quality breakfast menus
Deliver consistent and exceptional morning service

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in retail management and kitchen, coffee shop, deli/ bakery food operations,
Strong leadership and communication skills.
UK right to work
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexible availability during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
