The Opportunity
We are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Outbound Sales Associate to be the face of TRIVER.
This isn't a standard cog-in-the-machine sales role. You will work directly with senior team members in a low-ego, high-bar environment. If you thrive on autonomy and want to accelerate your career by closing deals that actually help small businesses survive and thrive, this is for you.
What You Will Do
You will own your pipeline from research to close, acting as a strategic consultant to small businesses.
* Be the Hunter: You will research, qualify, and engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate high-quality opportunities.
* Close the Deal: You won't just set meetings; you will manage the full lifecycle, creating opportunities and closing new business customers.
* Leverage Tech: You will utilise a modern stack (HubSpot, Clay) to research leads and manage your workflow efficiently.
* Strategise: Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Activation to refine outbound campaigns and become an industry expert on cash flow finance.
Who You Are
We are looking for potential and drive over a "perfect" CV. You should apply if:
* You have experience: You bring 3-4 years of experience in sales development or Account Executive roles (Fintech/Financial Services and experience outbound sales into UK based SMEs beneficial)
* You are results-obsessed: You are goal-oriented, tenacious, and driven to consistently hit and exceed targets.
* You are a communicator: You have fluent English (verbal & written) and possess a consultative style that builds trust quickly.
* You are organised: You know how to manage a CRM (HubSpot experience is a huge plus) and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* You are entrepreneurial: You have strong business acumen and perhaps a degree in a business-related field.
