Vehicle Technician – Derby
1. Basic: Circa £36,000 Flexible DOE
2. OTE: £60,000 uncapped
3. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You will carry out high-quality maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensure vehicles are safe and reliable, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Performing maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
10. Inspecting vehicles for wear, damage, and required replacements
11. Providing expert advice to customers professionally and clearly
12. Working closely with the service reception team and workshop control
13. Supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and promoting teamwork
What we’re looking for:
14. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
15. Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards
16. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
17. Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet targets
18. Valid UK driving licence; MOT licence advantageous
