Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for either a specialist nurse or genetics counsellor with experience in inherited cardiac conditions. We are looking for a genetics counsellor or specialist nurse to join our pan regional multidisciplinary team. This is a new role providing an exciting opportunity to develop and implement the Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) pathway across the Peninsula. You will play a role in supporting families affected by a sudden cardiac death, and requiring specialist input from cardiology and genetic services. You will help coordinate their care and facilitate them receiving timely, compassionate and evidence-based assessment.
