Our leading marine client is currently looking for a HSE manager to work across the Solent region. The successful Health Safety Environmental manager will be required to carry out the following range of duties: Lead, manage and continually improve all health, safety and environmental acitivities across site. Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies andprocedures. Lead and review COSH and risk assesments. Lead accident and incident investigations Manage contractor H&S compliance including review of documentation. Develop and deliver toolbox talks. Maintain and develop the environmental management systems Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, discharges and energy useage. Maintain and continually improve the Intergrated management system. Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all sites This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and market leading company.
