* Working Hours: 40 hrs/week, weekly night shift on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Job Overview
We seek a Trumpf Punch Operator with experience operating Trumpf punch machines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining punch press equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.
Main Responsibilities
1. Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate Trumpf punch machines according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment, tooling, and settings.
2. Material Handling: Load raw sheet metal into the punch press and ensure correct feeding.
3. Quality Control: Inspect parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface quality using measuring tools.
4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimise downtime.
5. Production Efficiency: Monitor and adjust the process for optimal efficiency.
6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and wear protective gear.
7. Documentation: Complete logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
8. Collaboration: Work with team members, supervisors, and engineers.
9. Tooling Management: Change and maintain punch tools and dies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience operating Trumpf punch presses or similar CNC punch machines.
* Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, machine setup, and operation.
* Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
* Familiarity with measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Attention to detail and quality standards.
* Good communication skills and team orientation.
* Experience in high-volume production environments is advantageous.
