We’re working with a fast-growing brand that’s shaking up the dessert aisle with a seriously delicious cheesecake range and a pipeline of chilled and frozen NPD that’s ready to land.
They’re already listed with major grocers and now need a Senior National Account Manager who can drive strategic growth across key accounts, secure new listings and lead the charge on category expansion.
What you’ll be doing
🍰 Owning and expanding relationships with top grocery and retail accounts
🚀 Leading new listings, range reviews and high-impact product launches
📊 Using data and insight to shape commercial strategies and unlock growth opportunities
🤝 Building and delivering JBPs, negotiating terms and managing account P&Ls
📢 Partnering with marketing to execute trade activation and shopper campaigns
💼 Creating and delivering compelling customer presentations that win buy-in
👥 Mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results
What they’re looking for
✨ A proven grocery account manager with a track record of driving growth and results
🔥 Commercially sharp, strategically minded and confident in high-level negotiations
🙌 A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
💡 Insight-led, curious and hungry to make things happen
📍 Experience managing major grocery accounts such as Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco or Ocado
