Contract: Temporary / Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking qualified teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils and fresh challenges—ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their practice dynamic and engaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering engaging lessons across primary and secondary settings
Creating positive, inclusive learning environments
Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects and age groups
Supporting pupil progress and behaviour
Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in primary, secondary or both
Confident classroom management skills
Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons independently
