Your new company
\nOur client is a highly-respected claimant law firm who are looking to strengthen their Manchester Clinical Negligence team. They are currently recruiting for a senior lawyer with a minimum of 4+ PQE to join on a hybrid basis.

\nYour new role
\nThis Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage high-quality clinical negligence cases from initial interview to settlement.
\n\t
* Handle a wide range of multi-track cases, including, misdiagnoses, complex brain injury, spinal injury, and birth injury cases.
\n\t
* Gathering and reviewing evidence.
\n\t
* Instructing and liaising with counsel.
\n\t
* Actively participating in conferences with counsel and expert witnesses.
\n\t
* Handling JSMs/ADR and progressing cases through to trial (including split trials where required).
\n\t
* Preparing profit cost forecasts and working closely with the in-house costs team to ensure accurate recovery.

\nWhat you'll need to succeed
\n\n
\n\t
1. Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4+ years post-qualified clinical negligence experience.
\n\t
2. Previous experience handling a high-value caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims.
\n\t
3. Excellent communication and client care skills.
