We are currently recruiting part time Support Workers to join our well established adult supported living services (QVSLI Phase 2) which are located in the idyllic location Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. You will join a team where you will work together providing support which is adapted and approached in a person centred way. As a Support Worker you will play a key part in providing opportunities and supporting individual goals and needs. This is a rewarding role supporting people reach their full potential and lead full happy lives.
Who You'll Support:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to join our team, supporting four young ladies who have complex support needs live in our bungalows service. These ladies require assistance with day-to-day living and enjoy being active members of both the local and wider community. As they have a busy and engaging lifestyle, a full driving licence is essential to help them get out and about each day. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to meet their individual needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of four vibrant and active young women.
Key Details:
1. Contract Type: Permanent
2. Hours: 16–20 hours per week
3. Pay: £12.60 per hour
4. Location: Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir
5. Service: Female-only bungalows within our adult supported living services
Requirements:
6. Must be female (Occupational Requirement in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
7. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
8. Compassionate, motivated, and reliable with a person-centred approach to care
9. No formal qualifications required – full training and ongoing support provided
10. PVG Scheme membership (Adults) required – we will support you through the process
