Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Reading office as an Assistant Manager.
You are responsible for growing the lettings business in the local area with the acquisition of new business. You will be responsible for both creating new opportunities, along with managing and developing new landlord enquiries received into new instructions and ultimately new business. You will also be negotiating and closing deals.
The role includes the promotion and marketing of the brand to increase the annual turnover and profit margin and the maximising of cross division referral opportunities.
