Labour Manager – Willenhall (Menfor Group HQ)
* Tasks: Recruit construction personnel and ensure safety compliance on major infrastructure projects.
* Register candidates and secure details on CRM system
* Advertising compelling vacancies on job boards
* Securing all candidates are compliant
* Telephone interviewing and face to face interviews
* Compiling excel spreadsheets
* Meeting clients and travelling to various locations

Must have
* Recruitment experience
* Sector experience: blue collar construction, FM or industrial
* Experience using excel and other Microsoft packages (essential)
* Strong interpersonal Skills
* Desire to take ownership
* Good timekeeping skills
* Valid driving license
Qualifications
* GCSE or A Levels in English, Maths
Hours of work 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
