We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our brand-new Croydon Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
* Ensure 5-star service as customers are at the forefront of everything.
* Ensure all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Conduct weekly 1‑2‑1 meetings with team members.
* Complete weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
* Handle employee relations including probation, disciplinary and grievance management.
* Manage staff rostering and annual leave.
* Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Management or supervision experience.
* Organisation and attention to detail skills.
* Customer service experience.
