Position Overview:

Job Description:
In this role, you will combine your outstanding customer focus with in-depth knowledge of plant equipment. Your ability to assess customer needs and resolve mechanical or electrical issues safely and efficiently will be key to your success.
As a Finning Engineer, you will receive:

Main Job Functions:
* Provide timely estimates of arrival at customer sites based on service requests.
* Communicate with site management to register your arrival and adhere to site procedures.
* Diagnose equipment issues in collaboration with customer operators and supervisors.
* Identify required parts for repairs and manage requisitioning and delivery timelines.
* Perform repairs and service work according to the agreed work plan.

* Effective problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills.
* Motivated and dynamic self-starter.
Education and Experience:
* Proficient in using field-based diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Knowledge of heavy earth-moving equipment.
* LDV driving license.
* Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with significant experience as a service engineer.
* Experience with a variety of construction and static machines is essential.
