Full time hours on a temporarybasis
* Key Responsibilities
o
+ Coordinate and schedule Child Protection Conferences and Looked After Reviews, including venue arrangements and attendee communications.
+ Welcome and support families and professionals attending meetings.
+ Collate, distribute, and manage sensitive documentation in a timely and secure manner.
+ Accurately minute meetings and record outcomes on the case management system—records may be used in legal proceedings.
+ Analyse and validate service information, following up on missing or unclear data.
+ Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets, producing reports and using formulas where needed.
+ Support the development and maintenance of office systems and ensure compliance checks are completed.
+ Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions.
+ Provide excellent customer service and uphold anti-discriminatory practices.
+ Respond to complex queries and draft routine correspondence.
+ Assist with complaint investigations and escalate where appropriate.
+ Work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement and identify training needs.
