What you’ll do on a typical day:
Coordinate weekly and monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain Time & Attendance systems and payroll trackers
* Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files in line with GDPR
* Handle absence management, RTW interviews, and medical referrals
* Prepare ER documentation and support HR meetings
* Maintain HR systems, trackers, and produce weekly reports
What you need to succeed at GXO:
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative experience
