This is a hands-on leadership role based at a busy Bicester workshop. The successful candidate will manage daily workshop operations, coordinate engineers and fitters, and ensure concrete equipment, heavy plant and machinery are serviced, repaired and prepared to a high standard. The Role As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, planning jobs, prioritising workloads and supporting the team with technical guidance where required.
