We’re seeking a dynamic, well-connected leader to drive our training and business development strategy. This is a role for someone who can combine strategic vision with commercial drive, and who already knows the right people to call to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leverage your healthcare network to open doors and build lasting partnerships
* Win new clients across NHS trusts, care groups, hospitals, and training providers
* Confidently pitch our training solutions in meetings, proposals, and events
* Build a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate closely with marketing & product teams
* Represent Abuka at national events and conferences
* Influence service development through market insights and client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in business development within healthcare training & development
* Strong relationships in NHS trusts, care providers, or training institutions
* Knowledge of healthcare compliance, CQC standards & training frameworks
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth
* Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel
