Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities and lessons
* Assisting with the supervision and care of students
* Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
* Assisting in the planning and preparation of educational materials
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
* First Aid certification (desirable)
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant safeguarding training
* Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school setting, following the school term calendar. The job may require occasional extra hours or participation in school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
