The Role Position: EYFS Phase Teacher Location: Nottingham Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our EYFS Teacher, you will: Lead high-quality, play-based provision that supports all areas of the EYFS curriculum. Observe, assess and plan effectively to secure progress against early learning goals. Foster strong communication, language development and early social skills. Build positive partnerships with families and early years practitioners. Create an inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environment. (If applicable) Lead aspects of the EYFS curriculum as part of a TLR. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent EYFS-qualified status where applicable. Have strong experience in early years practice and understanding of the EYFS framework. Are skilled at assessing and planning play-led learning and early interventions. Communicate well with children, parents and colleagues. Are reflective, creative and committed to inclusion. Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
