You need to demonstrate working with clients to understand detailed requirements to ensure a positive creative outcome. Management/leadership experience is required as you will oversee a design team on a day to day basis. The Design Director will be responsible for the design and development of luxurious hand crafted products. This includes overseeing all aspects of the design process from research to creative conceptualisation and innovation. You will work closely with the client to ensure their brief can be met. Some travel will be required from time to time. The company employ over 30 people and are further expanding.
