We are recruiting an Area Catering Manager to work with a fantastic team covering a portfolio of Garden Centres & Retail coffee shops.
Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.
About the Role:
As Area Catering Manager, you'll oversee between 6 -10 sites within garden centres and retail coffee shops, ensuring every location not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. You'll report into a supportive and experienced Operations Manager and play a vital role in shaping daily operations and leading talented teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations in multiple sites across the East Midlands & South Yorkshire
2. Building strong, trusted partnerships with suppliers and senior management
3. Inspire, motivate, and coach catering teams to deliver the very best in food service standards
4. Act as a vital link between sites and Head Office functions such as HR, Accounts, and Purchasing
