About the role
We're expanding in Eastbourne and looking for kind, reliable people to support adults in their own homes. You'll be part of a supportive, award‑winning Brighton branch team with clear training and ongoing development.
What you'll do
1. Provide personal care, medication support, meal prep and light household tasks
2. Offer companionship and encourage independence
3. Travel between client visits in the local area
4. Keep clear, accurate visit notes

What we're looking for
11. A caring, patient approach and good communication skills
12. Reliability and professionalism
13. Able to work alternate weekends and some early/evening shifts
14. Drivers: Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
15. Non-drivers: Confident using public transport (free bus pass provided)
16. Right to work in the UK (required)
Training & compliance
Full training and shadowing provided. If successful, you'll need to attend the branch to verify Right to Work and compliance documents in person (enhanced DBS required—guidance provided).
