About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects. Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. Manage behaviour in line with school policies. Provide basic support and answer questions where appropriate. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Assist with break or lunchtime supervision if required. About You We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who: Has experience working with young people. Is confident managing groups of students. Has strong communication and organisational skills. Is adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure. Is committed to safeguarding and student welfare. Holds, or is willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
