What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting client and third-party agent bookings across multiple systems
2. Managing the Hospitality inbox and responding to customer queries with professionalism and flair
3. Handling reporting and a variety of administrative tasks
4. Collaborating closely with our Sales, Customer Service, and Hospitality Operations teams
5. Providing hands-on support during event days to help ensure everything runs smoothly
