Technical Producer / Project Manager
to join our team, someone who thrives on the intersection of art and engineering, and can navigate complex projects from ideation to final delivery.
In this role, you will lead the design and installation of creative projects, managing everything from theming and animatronics to museum exhibits and brand activations. You'll be the bridge between the creative vision and the practical execution, working closely with clients, artists, and a broad network of vendors.
What you will do:
* Cost and manage projects from a budgetary perspective, ensuring financial goals are met.
* Oversee and manage the physical builds and installations on-site.
* Manage projects across multiple continents, ensuring all logistical and safety requirements are met.
* Guide creative projects from the initial concept through production and installation, ensuring the final result stays true to the client's vision.
* Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a positive and cohesive working environment.
* Problem-solve complex challenges with a calm and methodical approach, adapting to fast-paced environments.
* Use your technical skills to read and create technical drawings and prep CAD data for manufacturing.
* Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and finding effective solutions.
* Utilize project management tools like Asana to track progress and enhance team communication.
What you bring:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager /Technical Producer in the creative or experiential space (retail, events).
* A strong history of building and mentoring teams, leveraging individual strengths for collective success.
* Experience with project methodologies
* A knack for balancing creative and practical thinking to deliver exceptional results.
* A genuine fascination with technology and a drive to innovate and improve workflows.
