The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchasing or supply chain administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately complete data entry and maintenance within the company ERP system
* Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
* Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
* Support supplier contract execution and ensure compliance with internal procedures
* Prepare reports and maintain supply chain documentation
* Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as required
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
* Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. IFS or similar)
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
