The Role As an SLA in our Early Years classes, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning and development. Your day-to-day will involve: Inclusive Practice: Supporting children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) to ensure they are fully included in all activities. Creative Engagement: Assisting with the setup and delivery of play-based learning activities (indoors and outdoors!). Nurturing Wellbeing: Providing emotional support and helping children develop social skills and independence. Observation: Helping track progress and sharing insights with the teaching team to tailor our approach. Who You Are We are looking for someone who brings sunshine into the classroom!
