* Holding a caseload of up to 12 adolescents, with adjustments when supervising students.
* Working directly with young people who have experienced or are at risk of exploitation.
* Providing supervision for students and ASYE social workers.
* Deputising for the Team Manager when required.
* Offering expert guidance and support to the wider team.
* Adhering to the current working arrangement of 3 days in borough, including either Monday or Friday, with no changes expected within the next 3 months.
* Undertaking visits—driving is preferred but not mandatory.
* Maintaining compliance with safeguarding, statutory duties, and best practice.
