About the Role
As a Speech and Language Specialist TA, you will:
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions for pupils with SLCN.
* Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external Speech & Language Therapists.
* Support and model communication strategies across the classroom.
* Help adapt learning activities to meet individual communication needs.
* Monitor, record, and feedback on pupil progress.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience supporting pupils with speech, language, or communication needs.
* Understands or has exposure to strategies such as Makaton, PECs, or colourful semantics (desirable).
* Is patient, supportive, and passionate about helping children thrive.
* Can work collaboratively within a busy school team.
* Holds relevant TA qualifications (or has strong practical experience).
