What you'll be doing
* Developing and executing digital marketing strategy across social media, content, outreach, and lead generation
* Building and managing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects
* Leading activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other key platforms
* Driving pipeline growth through data-informed decision making
* Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
* Conducting discovery conversations via phone and Zoom
* Contributing to senior strategy sessions and organisational growth planning
What you bring
* 7+ years of marketing experience — agency, in-house, or self-employed
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action
* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and on camera
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
* Experience managing a commercial pipeline and reporting on outcomes
* A genuine interest in leadership development, professional education, or personal growth is a strong advantage
