Responsibilities
* Take ownership of façade and cladding projects up to £1M.
* Oversee commercial and production responsibilities including programming, procurement, design coordination, quality control.
* Manage all aspects of health, safety and environmental management.
* Wear many hats and work with people at every level, from tradesmen to Site Managers as well as Clients and Directors.
* Be client facing and speak to the language of the site team.
* Report directly into the Managing Director.
