What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and supporting the service desk team.
Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and cloud platforms.
Take full ownership of incidents and maintenance tasks, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout.
Maintain and patch customer estates to ensure systems are secure, supported, and up to date.
Contribute to the development of internal technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
Proven hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (identity, security, tenant configuration).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, analytical mindset.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Clear and confident communicator – able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
