The Accounts Payable Clerk will;
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
Maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers and files.
Prepare payment runs and monitor outstanding balances.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
