Overview
Join to apply for the Facilities Coordinator role at Kennedys (myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community). Based in Edinburgh with regular travel to Glasgow to support both offices. The Facilities Coordinator will be the key point of contact for office facilities and support services across Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Responsibilities
* Be the key point of contact for the office, and internal queries. Reporting any major issues or concerns to the Senior Facilities team.
* Act as the onsite presence for the team, proactively handling concerns and coordinating with the Senior Facilities Coordinator and/or Senior Facilities Manager as appropriate, and notifying them of concerns/issues as required.
* Ensure all offices provide a great working environment for Kennedys staff and a presentable environment for clients.
* Develop good working relationships with contractors and ensure services align with expectations.
* Booking maintenance tasks and issuing permits.
Required Experience
* Facilities management experience, ideally within professional services.
* Efficient and diligent document management.
* Excellent administration and communication skills; ability to provide first-class service to clients.
* Flexible approach towards others, identifying what stakeholders require from you.
* Willingness to travel between all UK offices to support the single team ethos.
