Deliver and promote our health and wellbeing services.

Salary: £33,264 - £40,893 pro rata

30 hours per week over 4 days

As our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Screening Advisor you will deliver health screening and surveillance and promote health and wellbeing to our staff and officers.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role offers a lot of variety. You will be doing things such as:

* Supporting the force’s mental health and wellbeing campaigns
* Undertaking pre-placement health assessments
* Offering appropriate advice following needle stick and human bite injuries

What You’ll Need

A full list of essential requirements can be found on the job description for this role, and include:

* To be a registered nurse with experience working in Occupational Health
* Experience of venepuncture, audiometry, and spirometry
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Derbyshire Constabulary’s Occupational Health and Wellbeing team were awarded ‘Team of the Year’ at the force’s Celebrating Achievement Awards 2024. The OH and Wellbeing service was brought in-house in 2022 and has been promoting wellbeing initiatives and improving OH provision across the force.
