Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide general HR support focused on the London team.
* Manage recruitment processes and oversee onboarding for new hires.
* Process monthly payroll efficiently.
* Administer employee benefits and ensure pension compliance.
* Support HR cyclical activities such as performance management, training, development, and compensation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Lead reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics initiatives.
* Assist in systems and process development projects.
* Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification.
* Previous HR experience.
* Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
