Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager with daily operations
* Supervise and guide care staff
* Oversee care plans, medication, and safeguarding procedures
* Ensure high standards of person-centred care
* Work closely with families and external professionals
Requirements:
* Experience in learning disabilities/autism support
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
* Confident in leading teams and working within CQC standards
* Caring, organised, and reliable
