Milk Education is seeking confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals to work as General Cover Supervisors across secondary schools in the local area. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, whether you’re exploring a teaching career, already have school experience, or simply enjoy working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the teacher.
2. Ensure students remain on task, engaged, and focused throughout the lesson.
3. Manage classroom behaviour following school policies and expectations.
4. Provide support to students where needed and promote a positive learning environment.
5. Supervise various year groups across KS3 and KS4.
6. Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress, behaviour, and any issues arising.
Requirements:
7. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
8. Confidence working with young people in an educational or similar environment.
9. Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable.
10. Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential—full support provided.
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
