Wincanton Dedicated Grocery c/o COOP in Wellingborough is looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team on permanent basis. Our warehouse operates around the clock—excluding Christmas Day —ensuring shelves are stocked and orders are fulfilled efficiently, thanks to advanced technology and strong team spirit.
Role Details
1. Location: Coop, Wellingborough
2. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with part-time including weekends and weekend only options available (must be able to attend Induction and training on Monday and Tuesday first week)
Pay Rates
Base rate: £12.69 per hour, with additional premiums: Nights (+£2.46 per hour), Weekends (+£1.76 per hour)
Your Responsibilities
3. Picking, moving, and tracking stock—sometimes using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and sometimes by hand
4. Utilising digital tools to manage orders efficiently
5. Maintaining a safe, tidy, and timely warehouse environment
6. Supporting fellow team members to achieve collective goals

Shift Patterns Available:
10. Days: 04:00–12:00 or 06:00–14:00
11. Backs: 14:00–22:00
12. Full-time- working 50% weekends, part-time (including weekends), and weekend only shifts available
