We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support senior stakeholders and drive delivery standards across a complex change portfolio. This role requires a highly organised, proactive all‑rounder who is confident operating at executive level, can quickly get up to speed, and can take ownership of project plans from explanation through to execution.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing both project delivery and PMO governance, with the credibility to hold teams to account and the ability to produce high‑quality executive materials.
Key Responsibilities/Skills
* Act as a trusted PMO partner to senior leaders, preparing clear, concise, and high‑quality packs for executive and “top of house” forums
* Own and drive project plans, taking initial explanations and independently managing delivery end‑to‑end
* Provide PMO oversight, including coordination and management of project managers where applicable
* Ensure projects follow agreed processes, standards, and governance, driving consistency and discipline
* Proactively chase actions, dependencies, and updates, bringing information together from across the organisation
* Escalate risks and issues appropriately, presenting clear options and recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Maintain a structured view of progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions across the portfolio
* Experience in capital markets or securities services across regulatory change would be preferential
