Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support an adult client living independently in Tunbridge Wells. The client has a Spinal Cord Injury and requires support with daily routines, clinical tasks and maintaining his home. About the Role You will assist with:
* Spinal Cord Injury care and autonomic dysreflexia
* Catheter and bowel care
* Personal care
* Moving and positioning
* Medication, nutrition and hydration
* Domestic tasks, morning and evening routines
* Mobilisation exercises
The client lives alone, is house proud, has a pet parrot and tropical fish, and enjoys staying active. He values carers who are clear communicators, good listeners, respectful, and willing to learn. Shifts
* Nights: Monday to Sunday, 8pm-8am
* Days: Tuesday 8am-2pm; Wednesday 8am-8pm; Friday 8am-8pm
Day staff must be drivers. Pay Rates Days:
* Mon-Fri: £16.00
* Saturday: £17.00
* Sunday: £19.00
Nights:
* Mon-Fri: £17.00
* Saturday: £18.00
* Sunday: £20.00
