We're now looking for a EU Freight Planner!
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Produce and maintain both Strategic plans ensuring optimal solutions are achieved from both a cost and service level perspective
* Significant personal contribution towards optimisation activities that drive cost down solutions without affecting service levels.
* Data Analysis to forecast future and retrospective volumes to assess impact to freight plans.
* Investigate operational challenges & data discrepancies and provide solutions in a timely manner
* Co-ordinate the planning solution activity, meeting both the customer & DHL business needs
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Operational / Freight Planning Background is Essential
* Ensure all planning is executed within parameters of customer services levels
* Experience with Paragon or other planning systems would be desirable
* Good knowledge of Data Analysis
* IT Literacy, With Microsoft Office Packages, Excel.
