Customer Service Administrator – Birchwood
£26,000 per annum
Our client, one of the UK’s leading names in their industry, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their customer service team at their site in Birchwood, Warrington.
Responsibilities
* Processing orders on SAP system
* Creating and sending invoices and taking payments from customers
* Reconciling purchase orders with the vendors' delivery notes and invoices.
* Updating and maintaining documents, systems and databases.
* Process incoming enquiries.
* Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
* General Office duties deemed appropriate by management.
* Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
* Prepare meeting areas in advance of events.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
This is a permanent position directly with our client.
The job operates on Monday to Friday, working 9am until 5pm. The salary is £26,000 per annum.
