About the Role
Lounges are unique places, distinguished by the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance by delivering 14 excellent shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your leadership will set the tone, ensuring the lounge is the go-to spot for the local community. This role requires dedication and resilience, but your skills and passion for hospitality will shine through.

What You Bring
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a seasoned front-of-house team member, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops, ready to step into management
* Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink service
* A genuine passion for hospitality
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
* Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
* Self-motivated, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision under pressure
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, HR, and NPS best practices
