The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn locations and we will where possible work with your personal availability.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full UK Driving Licence.
As a Care & Support Assistant in our adult care community-based program, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults who require assistance with daily activities and support needs.
Provide personalized care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and well-being
Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.Higher rates for evening and weekend hour
Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)

Valid up to date UK driving licence + own car
+ Must be prepared to cover a Saturday & Sunday on alternate weekends
+ We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
