Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Junior Technical Support Analyst - SAP Hybris(Commerce Cloud).

[PURPOSE OF THE JOB]

* The Technical Support Analyst will spearhead necessary changes needed within the Business Process Support Team to ensure it can provide the relevant support as per business expectations, growing in its capability and capacity by introduction of new ways of working, expertise, coaching, and implementation of effective monitoring tools.
* The Technical Support Analyst should be providing the one stop solutions and consultation for staff to resolve process issues, queries and request process innovation in order to maximize revenue opportunities

[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES]

* Actas a liaison between business units and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
* Manage and triage support tickets, particularly through platforms like Sprinklr, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
* Support administration and monitoring of SAP Commerce Cloud systems, including configurations, user management, order management and related integrations
* Create and maintain detailed documentation such as BRDs, user guides, process flows, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
* Support UAT, release validation, and post-deployment issue tracking.
* Perform basic data analysis using SQL or reporting tools for validation and insights.
* Actively identify and execute technical improvements to the Digital platform and Omni-Channel solutions.
* Manage / execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate all stakeholder groups to complete UAT, including capturing and prioritizing defects for development teams.
* Troubleshoot Digital and Omni issues and engage appropriate parties as necessary. Lead resolution, diagnosis, and communication during high severity situations.
* Devleop strategies to log, debug, prioritise and deliver solutions related to business needs.
* Implement early warning systems to indentify potential problems with exsiting business processes.
* Proactive monitoring of business processes with logging of bugs followed through with prompt resolution
* Devleop clear communication channels with business owners to ensure they are fully informed of any potential issues or concerns
* Provide guidance and best practice to Change Management team to ensure new initiatives incorporate relevant standards and monitoring tools.

[REQUIREMENTS]

* 1-2 years of experience in Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Admin, or IT Support role.
* Hands-on experience with Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) or similar eCommerce tools such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, or commercetools — familiarity with product/catalog management, promotions, CMS, and user roles, order management.
* Knowledge of Sprinklr ticketing or any other ticketing tools.
* Excellent documentation skills - able to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly technical and business documents.
* Good understanding of support models and IT/business workflows.
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Cross-functional team player with a strong mix of technical and functional experience in eCommerce systems, including product information management, order management, payment processing, content management, and front-end UI.
* Experience delivering using (hybrid) Agile methodology, Jira (user story, ticket management), SAP Hybris, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferred
* Familiarity with eCommerce analytics reporting needs and Adobe Analytics highly preferred
* Excellent knowledge of web platforms and systems integration
* Detailed functional knowledge of all major business processes in the sales and manufacturing industry
* Working knowledge of HTML, JSP, Javascript, XML, JSON
* Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
* Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly

[CONDITIONS]

(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & contractor until end of Mar 2026 (subject to be extended)

(3) Hybrid: working from home 2 days per week

(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(5) Salary: daily rate £140~155 (equivalent to annual 35~40K)
