We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team.
This is a 36-hour contract, working 3 long days per week, alternate weekends included.
Shift times are 7am - 7pm.
£12.90 per hour.
The large detached, communal house offers lots of space and a relaxed, homely environment. There are 12 bedrooms in the main house, split across three floors, and six communal bathrooms. A separate cottage provides three en‑suite bedrooms.
What you’ll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents’ wellbeing, using personalised approaches and proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence.
* Encourage residents to live as independently as possible, supporting life‑skills and goal attainment at their own pace.
* Support residents in a person‑centred way, assisting with personal care, daily living skills and tenancy maintenance.
* Complete daily administration of electronic and paper records, involving the individual as appropriate.
* Liaise with specialists to support residents’ health and wellbeing.
* Facilitate residents’ participation and integration in the local community through activities that meet their ambitions.
* Embed the REACH standards in everyday practice.
* Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience.

* Ability to develop residents’ potential and skills.
* Empathy, understanding and patience.
* Teamwork and independent working capability.
* Competent in verbal and written English.
* A social care qualification is desirable but not essential.
