Job Purpose:As part of the McDonald’s Relationship Team, vital to this role is the building and strengthening of our relationship with the McDonald’s business. The main focus of the role will be supporting McDonald’s restaurant teams, as well as ad hoc and face-to-face support/engagement with Franchisees, corporate employees and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:Develop and nurture good working relationships throughout the McDonald’s partnership, including restaurant teams, Franchisees, suppliers and corporate employees.Administer communication, recognition and engagement protocols to ensure that no support goes unnoticed from McDonald’s. This will include ad hoc engagement, regular internal communications, hosting supporter groups and monitoring and supporting with fundraising targets. Day-to-day administration within our Charity database system, Microsoft Dynamics/CE, as well as administering our mailbox for McDonald’s supporters. Support the McDonald’s Relationship Team in delivering team goals. This will include working collaboratively to support and progress our projects and objectives, as well as the potential for wider engagement across the Income Generation Team and wider Charity.Accountability for the delivery of additional projects. Attend and assist at Ronald McDonald House Charities UK events and activities (sometimes this may mean working evenings and weekends).
